Four things that tell us straight away where to go and what to bring.
Where you are
Road and direction (e.g. A3 towards Zagreb or towards Lipovac), kilometre marker, nearest exit or petrol station. In town: street and house number.
Which vehicle
Make, model and colour. For vans and heavier vehicles, check with us on the phone.
What happened
Won't start, flat tyre, out of fuel, accident… Short and clear.
Does it roll
Do the wheels turn and does the steering work? Do you have the key? That tells us how to load it safely.

- Switch on your hazard lights.
- Put on a reflective vest before you get out of the car.
- Place the warning triangle well behind the vehicle.
- On the motorway, get out on the right and stand behind the crash barrier – never between the car and the traffic.
